Last updated: 26 October 2026. Reunion is run by Aussi-Nexus Group, Australia. This explains what we collect and why. See also our Terms of Use.
1. What we collect
Your email address, your display name, a scrambled (hashed) version of your password, the groups you join, and the messages you post. We also record the time of your activity and the reports and blocks you make. Our server briefly sees your IP address to keep the service secure and stop abuse.
2. Why we collect it
To create and protect your account, send you sign-up codes, show your messages to the groups you post in, handle reports, and keep Reunion safe. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
3. Who sees it
Other members of a group can see your display name and messages in that group. Your email address is not shown to other members. We use Gmail to send verification emails and a cloud server (Oracle Cloud, Sydney, Australia) to store data. We may share information if the law requires it or to protect someone's safety.
4. Cookies and storage
Reunion stores a login token in your browser so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
5. Age
Reunion is for people aged 18 and over. If you believe someone under 18 has an account, contact us and we will remove it.
6. Keeping it safe and how long we keep it
Passwords are hashed, connections use HTTPS, and we keep backups of our database. We keep your data while your account is active. After you ask us to delete your account we remove your personal information, except where we must keep something for safety or legal reasons.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. If you are in Australia you can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) if we do not resolve your concern.
8. Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above.
